Pre- requisites while departing from Dubai.
Thermal screening shall be conducted for every customer at the boarding gate.
In case of the temperature of any customer is observed to be 37.5C/99.5F or greater the customer is denied boarding
Only asymptomatic customers are allowed to board
Staggered boarding to maintain social distance
Safety kits are provided to the customers containing masks, hand sanitizer sachets, and face shields before boarding
Onboard Isolation Zones and handling of suspected cases
As per the latest GCAA safety decision, 12 seats (complete last 2 rows) need to be left
vacant on UAE to Madagascar and Madagascar to UAE flights and the same to be
marked as isolation zone for the handling of suspected cases on-board
In case of any suspected covid-19 case found on-board, upon arrival of the aircraft
AOCS staff will be informing the airport operator for further handling of the passenger.
